Getting creative with natives since 1994

Tree Guys Nurseries have been growing a huge selection of New Zealand native plants in a range of sizes since 1994. All plants are grown in the nursery and a full range is for sale now. We pride ourselves on offering plants of the highest quality.

Contract growing

Tree Guys Nurseries can supply large lines in most varieties and can contract grow specific plant lines if you have a project requiring large numbers in bulk grades.

Plant grades

  • Easy-Plant Grades: We grow many bulk lines in our ‘easy-plant’ grade which is a cost effective grade and a great way of achieving results fast

  • Landscape Grades: In our ‘landscape-grades’ we have a full selection of over 200 native species and varieties that are available all year round and are very high quality

  • Specimen Grades: We have a selection of ‘specimen grades’ to choose from including native trees and exotic deciduous trees ranging from 1.5m up to 4m
