Hebe 'Red Edge' is a compact, evergreen shrub with dense rounded growth and small glossy green leaves edged with a distinctive reddish or bronze tint, producing short spikes of small white to pale lilac flowers mainly in summer that are attractive to bees and other pollinators, and it is commonly used in borders, rock gardens, and low hedging due to its tidy form, colour contrast, and hardy, low-maintenance nature.
